It may take slightly longer for countries outside the US (including US states outside the mainland). For some Latin American and Africa countries may take up to 26 days to receive your item. Please contact us if it has been more than 30 days and you have not received your item.

Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 24 hours and your order is fulfilled within 24-48 hours.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of placing, and a further email will be provided when your order has been dispatched (remember to check your spam!)

Please allow 1 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING TIME. Please note for some very high-demand items it may takes 2-3 WEEKS SHIPPING TIME due to reproduction and restocking depending on your shipping location. Items may be shipped in separate packages with no additional shipping charges. Cancellation of your order or any changes in your order is only allowed up to 24 hours from your order time. If it exceeds 24 hours, we are not able to cancel or change the order.

We will send tracking numbers for your packages to your email address when we receive them from our carriers.
